Information Questions and Answers :

Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance ?

To ensure the best possible results for your move out, please make sure to empty and defrost the fridge/freezer about 24 hours before the service begins. If the fridge/freezer is still frozen when the tenancy cleaners arrive, they might not be able to properly clean it.

Do you need electricity and hot water ?

Yes we need Electricity and Hot water to clean the property.

Do you charge by the hour or per job ?

The service is priced per job, meaning the cleaners will stay on-site until the cleaning is fully done.

Do you clean windows ?

All internal windows will be cleaned.

Exterior Windows can be cleaned if needed , this will be charged extra we will discus this with.

Do you clean the oven ?

Yes, wiping out the oven is part of the End of Tenancy Cleaning service. But if oven needs a deep clean this will be charged extra we will discus this with.

Do you clean the carpets ?

All carpets are vacuum cleaned.We can perform deep hot water extraction cleaning of the carpets if needed this will be charged extra we will discus this with.

Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment ?

The End of Tenancy Cleaning Team will bring everything necessary for the completion of the Cleaning Service.

Payments for the cleaning.

Payment can be made in Cash or Direct Bank Transfer.

After the cleaning and you are happy with everything.Payment must be paid before we leave the property.
